Find out more about Mrs Sullivan...

Hello, I’m Mrs Sullivan. This is my third year working with Year 1 at St. Kenelm’s School, having previously work with the children as a learning assistant and phonics intervention. I have taught at other schools and also worked in educational development in Africa. I’m really enjoying teaching Year 1 2 ½ days a week.

Beyond school, I love going for walks with my family and striving to combat weeds and slugs naturally as I try to grow a few flowers and vegetables!

Find out more about Mrs M Hayes...

"Hi, my name is Mrs Hayes and I job share with Mrs Sullivan in Year 1. I am also the early reading and phonics lead in school.

I consider it a privilege to have been able to further my teaching career here, initially as the Reception Teacher and Early Years leader, and now continuing in a part -time role as I navigate phased retirement. St Kenelm's is one big happy family where everyone feels cared for and valued. I am very lucky to work here.

On a personal note, I am a family first person, and my happy place is spending time with my now grown-up children. One of which has recently got married and the other, living overseas, which means I get to go travelling!

My interests include yoga, mindfulness and the performing arts, enjoying live music, dancing and the musicals. I have a very young, lively dog who just loves to take me out on some lovely, energetic walks!!"
