ParentMail communications...

Communicating with parents is an important part of what we do, making sure you get the correct information about activities, events and things that really matter is something we care about.

Here at St Kenelm’s, we currently use ParentMail*, a service to communicate to parents. ParentMail will be beneficial to you because:

• Messages will get to you reliably and on time;
• We can send messages directly to parents or other carers at the same time;
• Emergency or important information can be sent by text message;
• i-phone and Android Apps available for parents on the go.

* We are in the process of migrating our Management Information System (MIS) over to Arbor - we will keep you informed on progress.

 ParentMail - iOS App information

In order to do this, we are required to pass contact details to ParentMail securely. It is therefore vital that the contact details you give to St Kenelm’s at the start of the school year are correct.

We will not pass your details onto ParentMail without your consent - please refer to the letter and consent form below.  We would be most grateful if you would please print, sign and return the consent form to school in order to start the ParentMail process. Please be assured that ParentMail has updated its terms and conditions to ensure that it is compliant with the new General Data Protection Regulations.

Please return the ParentMail consent form to the school office either by email* or in a sealed envelope no later than Friday 30th June 2023.

*If you wish, you may scan and email the completed form to parent@stkenelms.worcs.sch.uk, thank-you (please mark in the subject line "Sensitive Information" - ParentMail Consent). However, if you require a set printing-off, please contact the school office. 

ParentMail/Arbor Letter and Consent Form

Once we receive consent from you, we will commence the ParentMail process for you.  You will then receive a registration invitation by text and email. You can decide which way you register – but you will only need to do this once…we really do encourage you to register to avoid missing any vital communications.
