We believe that our children’s success is based upon all parties truly understanding what we are striving to achieve here at St. Kenelm’s. As a church school, our Christian values underpin our ethos and this is reflected in our policies. Our staff, governors, pupils and parents alike must be given the guidance, support and tools in order to help us all achieve our aims.
As a result, we work together in order to bring a robust set of policies which are accessible to all. They are specific, outlines expectations and are designed to allow St. Kenelm’s to measure our success. This success will then be shared with all parties and will include further steps, in order to advance our standards in future years.
